An assessment will show you problems that may, when corrected, save you significant amounts of money over time. Our detailed energy assessment will give you the information you need to make the proper decisions to reduce your energy consumption and save money.
What to expect
Before the energy auditor visits your home or business, gather copies of the last 12 months of energy bills (gas, water, and electricity). We use this information to establish a benchmark of your energy consumption and to predict potential savings. We evaluate the building envelope, the major systems such as HVAC and large appliances and look for areas that can be improved. We will create a detailed report summarizing our findings and prioritize these opportunities for improvement.
Finally we can help coordinate and manage the efficiency upgrades. We can guide you through the implementation process and help identify the grants and rebates that are available.
